Whether you envision a beachside ceremony, a mountain retreat, or a cultural extravaganza in a foreign locale, our team is well-equipped to manage all aspects of your destination wedding with professionalism and expertise.

Many couples want to be together and celebrate every moment of their wedding in proximity rather than in silos. A wedding that is otherwise split into a few hours of rituals turns into a 3-4-day long celebration. These weddings are more intimate than traditional ones and the guest list is also limited, leaving you with only those who truly matter and are also more affordable.

While both destination and at-home weddings have their own charm, at a destination wedding the couple and their parents don’t need to think or worry about anything at all. Once you hire WingsCraft Entertainment and give us your requirements, we take care of everything. But, if we try to manage the same things at your home, then we still need to take your permission and check with you about a lot of small things that you would rather not think in those special days.

Definitely!  We will do as much, or as little, as you want us to do during the wedding planning process.  We always ask you what you want and we then make our suggestions to you.

No, typically we don’t take on two weddings on the same day. We don’t even take on more than one wedding per planner per weekend. This is another thing that sets WingsCraft Entertainment apart from other wedding planners. This allows us to only focus on you, not another couple, in the days leading up to your special day. Plus, wedding days are exhausting for wedding planners. We are running from one end of the venue to the other, up and down stairs, directing vendors and guests, and more. It would not be fair to you for us to have a wedding the day before yours. We would not be in top shape to focus on you and your needs.

We accept cash, checks, and NEFT. We do require an initial down payment to hold the date.  We will then work with you to create a payment schedule that will work for you.

We charge a minimal deposit at the beginning to confirm our dates with you. This is non-refundable.

We understand that sometimes there are unavoidable circumstances and the families need to reschedule the wedding. In case this happens at least 6 months prior the original date, we can easily accommodate it. But the closer you are to the original wedding date, the more difficult it is to change the dates and ensure availability of the venue and our vendors. Nonetheless, we try and help out our clients as much as we can in such situations. In case, you need to pay additional fees, we will bring it to your notice and give you enough time to think and make the payment.

No. At WingsCraft Entertainment, we take a minimal booking amount when we sign the agreement. The same agreement has the payment terms written out in detail. You can pay it in easy instalments leading up to the day of the wedding.

We always respect the client’s budget and strictly adhere to that.

Our office is at Kandivli in Mumbai. But we specialise in destination weddings and it allows us to travel much and are familiar with many popular locations worldwide. Even if you are not in Mumbai, we can always fly down to your city for the first few meetings. The rest we can manage via calls, emails and WhatsApp groups.
